It’s got a little bend in the middle, but should still work.

Based on the color
I want to say that it i
s a M
anitowoc. I’m not too familiar with their crawler lineup but its
probably a 999 (275
USt) or
it could be its bigger sibling the 2250 (300 USt), based on its size.

Must need it to get the hvac units on the roof. It’s amazing how much bigger capacity crane you need when you have a longer reach. Either that or a heavy lift helicopter.

o this is a whole new project going up next to that building. the red is the building that is already built, the blue is what the crane is working on.

I needed a crane for a job to lift a 1 ton piece of equipment. Need something like ~125 ton capacity based on the distance. Actually scaled back the equipment so we could use a smaller crane. We were looking at a 225 ton capacity road going crane. That thing was a monster.

Yeah, it’s amazing how much capacity is lost as you increase the radius. Especially on those hydraulic cranes. Due to the boom being so heavy. The lattice boom rigs like the one in the picture aren’t nearly as bad at the extremes.
